"Photos were fine, communication could be better"
Lifetouch was ok overall, the pictures turned out fine. But the whole school coordination part felt kinda confusing this year... we got the reminder late and my kid didn’t even know when their class was supposed to go. Not a huge deal, just wish the schedule and info from the school or Lifetouch had been clearer. It wasn’t terrible, just could’ve gone a little smoother

"Nice options and easy to use"
I really liked having different background choices for my son’s school pictures. It was easy to pick one, and the final photo turned out nice. Overall, I’m happy with it

"Photos were just right"
Got my photos back and they came out right, no mix-ups or anything. i was a little worried at first, but... yeah, everything was exactly how it should’ve been.

"It’s okay, just a bit expensive"
I mean, it’s okay overall… nothing really bad to say, but also not something I’d call a great deal. It does the job, I guess, but yeah, it feels kinda pricey for what it is.

"Privacy felt okay overall"
I used lifetouch for my kid’s school pictures, and the privacy side felt mostly clear. I liked that you need a code to get into the photos, because it made it feel like they weren’t just sitting there open for anyone, anyone to see.
The only thing I didn’t love was that the data info wasn’t super easy to find. I had to click around a bit, which was kind of annoying. Overall though, I felt okay using it, okay but not totally perfect.

"Easy Scheduling and No Stress"
Scheduling was really quick and simple, which I appreciated because I always like to know things are set and taken care of. I was able to find a time that worked for us without any trouble, and the whole process felt easy and reassuring from start to finish.

"A little slower than most, but they did follow up"
Compared to other places I’ve dealt with, the communication felt a bit slow. I wasn’t left completely in the dark though, since I did get updates eventually. It was okay overall, but there’s definitely room to improve.

"Downloads Were Surprisingly Fine"
The downloads worked fine, which is more than I can say for a lot of stuff these days. I clicked, waited a bit, and everything came through like it was supposed to. No weird errors, no missing files, no random nonsense making me restart the whole thing. Kind of sad that this feels worth mentioning, but here we are.

"Decent options, but not worth the price"
The package choices are fine and there’s a decent variety, but the pricing feels too high for what you actually get. I also felt like some of the promises made upfront didn’t really match the final experience, which was frustrating. If you’re going to charge premium prices, the value should actually feel premium too

The pictures turned out good overall, so I can’t really complain there. But the choices felt kind of limited, which was a little disappointing. I mean, it was fine, but also I was expecting a bit more variety.

"Photo Was a Little Off"
My kid’s yearbook picture didn’t really look like the proof we chose. Their face seemed kind of washed out, and the cropping was a bit weird or something. It wasn’t terrible, but I was just expecting it to match the proof a little better.

"Finally, Photos That Don’t Look Weird"
I was happy with how the pictures came out. You know how sometimes the lighting is so bright that everyone looks washed out or the colors look completely off? Yeah, none of that happened here, thankfully. The lighting was bright but still natural, the colors actually looked like what we saw in person, and the skin tones looked normal too, which is apparently too much to ask from a lot of photos. Overall, it was a really good experience and the final pictures looked clean and polished

The photos turned out really natural, and I loved that the poses were easy and cute without feeling awkward. The only downside was the waiting, which got frustrating after a while. Overall though, I’m happy with how the pictures came out

I ordered my kid’s school pictures from Lifetouch and wasn’t sure what to expect. I figured I’d be waiting a couple weeks, but they showed up in just a few days. That was such a relief after placing the order and wondering how long it would take. Everything was packed nicely too, so no issues there. Really happy with how quick and easy it ended up being.

"Decent Photos, But Expected Better"
I ordered my kid’s school pictures from Lifetouch, and the quality was a little hit or miss. The smaller prints look good, but the bigger one was kinda soft and the colors was darker than what I seen online. It’s not awful, and I’m still keeping them, but for the price I was expecting them to be a bit sharper. Shipping was totally fine though, nothing came damaged or bent.

"Refund process was slower than it needed to be"
I accidentally ordered the wrong photo package and had to request a refund. It did eventually get taken care of, but it took a few emails back and forth and more waiting than I expected. It wasn’t a horrible experience, but it felt preventable if the refund steps were clearer from the start

I used lifetouch to find my kid’s school pictures, and overall it was simple. I didn’t have to click around forever, and checkout was easy to follow. It also worked fine on my phone, which was nice. My only thing is that I was kind of expecting the instructions to be a little clearer in a couple spots, but I still got through it without any real issues.

"Nice photographer, but not what I expected"
The photographer was friendly and seemed to know what they were doing, but the whole thing felt rushed. I was expecting something a little more relaxed based on what was promised, especially for kids, but my child looked nervous in the final photo. It’s not terrible or anything, just kind of average and not really the experience I thought we were getting
